PHILOSOPHY
Alcia Foods is the youngest project of a family dedicated all their lives to food. A young company, but with experience, whose goal is to provide food products and services that add value to society.
We are a company with a family essence, created on the values that we defend as a family: humility, honesty, effort and constant improvement, values that mark the course of our company.
We are aware that the food sector has evolved and the eating habits of society have been adjusting to new lifestyles. We want to respond in an honest way to these demands under two fundamental prisms: the product, its origin, composition, traceability, etc... And the companies that produce them: sustainability, animal welfare, quality control, etc...
We are born with the conviction that as a link in the food industry we have a responsibility to society, to provide food that adds value.
Authentic food, with which to enrich the quality of life; always elaborated through artisanal or industrial processes but only in order to make them safer and more durable, always beneficial or harmless processes with respect to their healthy properties; thus preserving the properties naturally present in food.
We pursue excellence and create an added value that differentiates us through our experience and effort in the constant improvement of our products, services and management.
But we are not only satisfied with that... we believe in the value chain and in finding shared values with our suppliers and customers.
